Say what? Let me repeat that. Your body is a gift – a beautiful, intricately-designed gift created by a loving God who wants YOU to take care of it. If it was your birthday and you received a puppy you had always wanted, wouldn’t you take care of it? Duh. Of course you would! Our bodies are just the same. With a gift more precious than any birthday present in the world, there is nothing better we can do than to care for our bodies. Not starve it. Not body-shame it. Not be disgusted with it.
