If you eat strong and train strong, then living strong is naturally going to be the next step! Having a strong body, mind and spirit isn’t solely reliant on your diet and training (although that’s a lot of it). Your mindset also plays a HUGE factor. Your body will only function optimally if your mindset is functioning optimally. This means living the happiest, most fulfilling life that YOU can. If you’re depressed, tired or overtaxed with too many activities, your quality of life will suffer. Don’t allow that to become your way of life!
